Toolmaker is to provide support & services in maintaining the molds. The support includes onsite support trouble shooting on the press, insert changes for multi inserts mold, Mold PM & mold/inserts cleaning and mold repair. Overtime support during non-working hour if request.

Responsible for mold maintenance & repair to get the best quality part out from production. This includes trouble shooting, machining, fitting, decision making, inter department communication as well as documentation.

Can handling conventional milling, lathe, grinding and EDM machine.
Knowledge of injection molding, troubleshooting, PM and fix mold.
