- Assist in the coordination and execution of digital learning initiatives across the organization.
- Support the deployment of e-learning content, virtual sessions, and blended learning programs via our learning management system (LMS).
- Help track participation and analyze learning metrics for reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with the Digital Learning team to create, update, and refine online training materials, including videos, infographics, slide decks, and bite-sized learning modules.
- Contribute creative ideas for improving user experience and engagement in online learning content.
- Assist in maintaining and updating content on the digital learning platform.
- Support user management, enrolment, and troubleshooting queries related to access or platform navigation.
- Help draft communication materials such as course announcements, learner guides, and newsletters.
- Monitor feedback and suggest enhancements to improve digital learning engagement and outcomes.
- Work alongside HR professionals, content creators, IT teams, and subject matter experts to deliver seamless digital learning solutions.
- Join planning discussions and contribute ideas to the broader HR digitalization strategy.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.
