  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in accounting and bookkeeping processes.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and invoicing procedures.
  • Ability to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks accurately.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting principles.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities, such as maintaining general ledgers and reconciling bank statements.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts and administration.
  • Maintain organized and readily accessible accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and ensure timely dispatch to clients.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
