- Assist in daily operations (data entry, documentation, invoicing).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records and non-financial records for clients.
- Assist in preparing financial and non-financial reports for clients.
- Assist in bank reconciliations.
- Handle basic administrative duties related to finance and operations.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers for payment follow-ups.
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Other finance and clerical task as assigned by the superior.
- Possess at least an LCCI or equivalent Diploma or Certificate in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., double-entry bookkeeping).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, good communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams and clients.
