HCMS Software Architect

What you need to do:

Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for HCMS Software with attention to system integration and feasibility
Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
Actively seeks way to improve HCMS Software processes and interactions
Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices in coding
Oversight and approval of all final programs and features before formal launch to ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability and extensibility

What you need to have:

5-7 years of experience designing and implementing HR software applications
B.S or M.S in Computer Science or relevant fields
Experience designing and working on enterprise level HR software projects
Experience overseeing customized development of HR processes for multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding collaboration, communication skills and technical mindset with great attention to detail are essential
Demonstrated knowledge of HTML5/JavaScript/jQuery/CSS3 development including frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, React and Entity
A strong understanding of OOD, data structure and algorithm
A good understanding of the software development cycle and Agile development practice
Professional experience analysing code for weakness and errors, and overseeing plans to improve them
