Resolve customer problems and complaints, finding suitable solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to track and coordinate the progress of customer issues and address customer problems and meet their needs. Constantly Creating Content and Shoot E-Commerce Video on Tiktok. Constantly Engaging with User on Tiktok (Comments Reply). Research for popular topic from time to time. Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics. To assist & monitoring live host streaming session on TikTok platform. Act as Backend to assist in interacting with customers during livestreaming. To assist in making sure daily livestream runs smoothly. To brainstorming daily content for livestreams. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Company. Job Requirements Fluency in both spoken and written English & Malay. Good customer service skills with active listening, superior communication, and problem-solving. Ability to handle escalations from first-tier support and facilitating effective inter-departmental communication. Problem Solving, Creative, Friendly, Energetic and as a Team Player. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
