- Responsible to lead proposal and client pitches
- Deliver transfer pricing planning and risk management for client’s cross-border transactions involving different tax jurisdictions from country to country
- Plan and develop inter-company transfer pricing policies
- Continuously develop strong relationships across our network of existing and new clients
- Seek new business development opportunities and generate leads
- A recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or a professional accounting qualification
- At least 5 years of working experience and in-depth knowledge of tax and other related legislation, ideally gained in a professional practice environment
- Have at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical, research, critical thinking and decision making skills
- A client service mindset and capable of being an effective business advisor and problem solver
- Has strong self-motivation and is an achiever
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent command of English
