- Support execution of performance management programs and administer confirmation review process
- Responsible for staff movement including resignation, retirement, and termination processing and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database
- Responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively
- Ensure that all reports are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with stakeholder requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making
- To support and conduct employee engagement activities
- To assist in talent acquisition process - advertising, sourcing potential candidates through various platforms, arranging interview
- Assist in handling employees' disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required.
- Support the payroll processing as necessary
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager as and when required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition, from retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, iPayroll, HR2000
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- A team player, pro-active toward work, positive mindset, high integrity
- Proficiency in English, Malays and Mandarin
- Must willing to work at Persiaran Lagoon, Sunway City, Selangor
