The brand is trusted by audiophiles and luxury consumers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction & Support Greet and assist walk-in clients in a courteous and professional manner. Manage inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms regarding product issues, service requests, and warranty claims. Guide customers through Devialet's service process clearly and confidently, reinforcing the brand's high-end positioning. 2. Service Intake & Troubleshooting Conduct basic troubleshooting and visual inspections upon intake. Clearly document all reported issues, symptoms, and visible product conditions using approved service forms. Log all service cases accurately into the service management system (CRM or ticketing platform). 3. Process Adherence & Documentation Ensure strict compliance with Devialet's end-to-end service workflow, from intake to resolution. Complete and file all service-related documentation including Service request forms, Acknowledgment receipts, Warranty validation records, Internal tracking reports. Verify all fields are correctly filled out and obtain necessary customer signatures. Maintain accurate digital and physical service records for auditing and brand compliance purposes. 4. Follow-Up & Service Resolution Act as the main point of contact during the service journey. Provide timely updates to customers regarding repair status and estimated timelines. Ensure completed units are returned with appropriate documentation, service notes, and packaging. 5. Inventory, Handling & Shipping Safely handle heavy and fragile units using proper lifting techniques. Assist with unboxing, inspection, repackaging, and shipping coordination. Track all inbound and outbound movements in the inventory log. 6. Warranty Validation & Claims Validate warranty status based on serial number, proof of purchase, and regional warranty rules. Process in-warranty and out-of-warranty claims in line with Devialet's global service policy. Document cost estimates and obtain customer approvals before proceeding with chargeable repairs. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any field with 2 years of working experience. Experience in retail sales or customer service , preferably in electronics, audio, or luxury goods. Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service mindset. Tech-literate and physically to lift heavy items. Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia . Mandarin speaking is a plus, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers. Willing to based at Wisma Dancom, PJ Selangor. Show more Show less
