Industry: Construction/Engineering Location: Putra Heights Headcount: 2 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM5,000-RM8,000 Responsibilities: Develop specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design stage Prepare and deliver the technical presentation explaining products or services of the Company including raising awareness of Company products and options Collaborate with Technical Department to understand client requirement and provide sales support Assist in the research and development of new products Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update and adhered to the corporate image Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, engineering, construction or any related field At least 1-3 years working experience in construction Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, strong leadership Good tri-lingual communication skills English, Chinese and Malay Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences Proficient in technical analysis, interpretation of engineering drawings, and development of technical specifications.
