To ensure that all aspects of the pre-contract phase comply with relevant regulations and standards. Post-Contact To manage the day-to-day aspects of contract after IT has been awarded, ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed terms and conditions. To monitor project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. To handle changes to the project scope or specifications, assesses the impact on cost and schedule, and negotiates variations or change orders.
