Service Desk Engineer (Occupational Safety) - Kuala Lumpur

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a field force environment, particularly in a safety engineering role.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills.
• Hard worker & can work independently.
• Good time-management, multi-tasking & follow-up skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking, ability to perform audits, write document, and submit reports using excel.
• Able to start in short notice
• Open only for Malaysian

• Ensure company policies to adhere Target Zero during site access, troubleshooting, maintenance, etc.
• Approve Work Order based on HSE pictures, documents, etc.
• Follow up each & every Work Orders and make sure whoever is at site maintains highest level of safety & security measures.
• Identify & analyze hazard and take safety precautions and/or report to line manager.
• Coordination with HSE personals, contribute to awareness session/training to maintain health and safety regulations.
• Support to develop process, prepare guidelines, MoP, etc. to monitor & maintain safe workspace.
• Track the number of incidents and produce reports for daily/weekly/monthly analysis.
