Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full procurement cycle-from request to purchase order, supplier coordination, and delivery monitoring-to ensure timely material availability. Acquire materials based on production requirements, MRP outputs, and demand forecasts. Analyze material requirements and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock and maintain smooth production flow. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms to meet quality standards and cost goals. Handle vFair submissions, including documentation, supplier profiling, and approval of new materials or components. Support and recommend supplier audits to assess their quality control systems and operational capabilities. Ensure procurement data and supplier information in the M2M system are consistently accurate and up to date. Compile and present monthly reports on procurement activities and performance indicators. Conduct regular assessments of supplier reliability in terms of delivery, quality, and responsiveness. Lead QBRs with strategic suppliers to review KPIs and align on improvement plans. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, ideally within electronics or manufacturing industries. Solid knowledge of sourcing procedures, MRP tools, and supplier relationship management. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP systems (especially M2M), and report creation.
