
Senior Officer, Rostering

- Prepare and publish monthly and ad-hoc crew rosters in alignment with flight schedules.
- Creating legal optimized rosters for flight crew member using Automated Crew Management System
- Monitor and ensure the allocate resources to meet operational requirements while minimizing disruptions and costs.
- Monitor daily roster changes and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with Crew Control, Flight Operations, and HR on staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate crew records and ensure compliance with regulatory audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, union agreements, and contractual obligations.
- Propose and implement process improvements to optimize rostering efficiency. Ensure all other roster-related activities are performed within deadlines: Work closely with Flight Training and Cabin Crew Departments for crew planning, process all roster pre-assignments (except leave and training) prior to building rosters, ensure timely receipt of all required roster information and ensure roster production cycle is followed.
- Produce a monthly summary of the Malaysia Departure Levy (MDL) report as required by the Finance Business Partner
- SPM, Certification in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of crew scheduling or rostering experience, preferably in the airline industry
- Familiarity with Civil Aviation Authority regulations, Flight Time Limitations (FTL), and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in airline rostering or crew management software (e.g., AIMS, Jeppesen, Sabre)
- Interpreting rostering data to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality with positive attitude.
