We are now looking for an experienced Business Development leader who can leverage both Thinqloud's proven expertise and their own network to open doors with key clients across the Far East. Key Responsibilities Market Development & Opportunity Creation Identify and engage wealth management firms, private banks, family offices, and financial intermediaries that can benefit from Salesforce-driven transformation. Leverage established relationships to create high-value business opportunities, positioning Thinqloud as the partner of choice. Map market segments and target accounts to accelerate pipeline growth. Client Relationship Management Build trusted partnerships with senior executives (C-Suite, Heads of Distribution, COO, CTO, CRO) in the wealth management ecosystem. Present Thinqloud's unique blend of wealth management domain expertise and Salesforce delivery maturity as a differentiator. Conduct consultative discussions to align the client&aposs business goals with Thinqloud's tailored solutions. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute go-to-market plans tailored to Far East financial markets. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying to solution shaping, pitching, and closing. Work hand-in-hand with Thinqloud's solution experts and delivery leaders to ensure client confidence and alignment from the outset. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership Stay current with wealth management business challenges (digitization, compliance, ESG, client-centricity, AI-driven personalization) and translate them into Salesforce-based value propositions. Represent Thinqloud at wealth management and Salesforce ecosystem events, positioning us as both a technology and domain thought leader. Feed back market intelligence to guide Thinqloud's growth strategy. Key Qualifications Proven success in business development or senior sales roles within wealth management / financial services in the Far East (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.). Strong network of senior client relationships in wealth management firms, private banks, and asset managers. Clear understanding of industry pain points and how Salesforce can address them (CRM transformation, advisor enablement, regulatory reporting, data integration, client 360, digital onboarding). Ability to credibly demonstrate Thinqloud's domain knowledge + mature Salesforce delivery capability to inspire confidence in prospective clients. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with C-level decision-makers. High cultural intelligence and ability to navigate diverse Far East markets. Competencies Relationship-builder with gravitas and credibility in wealth management circles. Consultative and strategic selling style, not transactional. Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, strong industry curiosity, and resilience. Consistently delivers results and exceeds revenue targets.
