Job Responsibility Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents. Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other business dealings. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company. Handle any other legal matters as assigned by the management. Handling in-house development of LegalTech- liaise with IT and know how of the LegalTech content. Job Requirements Qualified practitioner Work in the legal firm at least 2 years or more, handling for corporate legal matters Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
