Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.What You Will DoLead end-to-end production planning by developing optimized schedules in SAP to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory targets (ITO)Bridge supply chain gaps by coordinating material availability with Purchasing and resolving bottlenecks with Manufacturing/QA teamsBalance demand vs. capacity through data-driven analysis of production capabilities and customer order prioritizationDrive continuous improvement by reducing excess inventory, implementing ECOs, and enhancing planning processesMentor a planning team while serving as the central hub for production issue resolutionWhat You BringBachelor's degree (Technical/Supply Chain preferred) + 5+ years of planning experience in electronics/semiconductor manufacturingSAP super-user skills (MPS, MRP) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros)Leadership DNA - Ability to guide teams through supply chain crises while maintaining KPIsAnalytical rigor - Expertise in capacity modeling, demand/supply balancing, and inventory optimizationStakeholder savvy - Multilingual communicator (English required) who aligns production realities with commercial needsCareer Growth OpportunitiesPath to Supply Chain Leadership - Progress to Senior Planner or Operations Manager rolesMaster Industry 4.0 Tools - Gain expertise in SAP Advanced Planning, digital twin simulationsGlobal Project Exposure - Lead plant transfers or new product introduction initiativesCertification Sponsorship - APICS CPIM/CSCP or Lean Six Sigma training supportCross-Functional Impact - Rotate through Procurement, Logistics, or Business Unit strategy rolesWhy join us?
