It's a massive dream, and we're working passionately to fulfill it. We can't do it alone though - this is where you come in. Job Description Plan and coordinate corporate events and PR activities for the Company to enhance brand visibility and community building, including but not limited to Outlet Launching, Media Events, Public Speaking Events, Interviews, and Stakeholder Strategic Meetings. Alongside the management and marketing team, to brainstorm and comprehend the objective of each initiative, as well as plan for the required resources and logistics effectively. Coordinate and mobilize an effective communication strategy between the CEO office, all departments, brand ambassadors, media, public relation partners, or other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, website content, and social media posts. Able to utilize a diverse range of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize brand exposure, exhibitions and promotional events. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks. To identify and build relationships with potential and existing partners, sponsors or brand ambassadors. Assist the CEO/CFO for ad-hoc projects and tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or comparable work experience in Business Development, Event Management, Sales, or Advertising agency A minimum of three years' experience in an equivalent role, preferably in management, marketing and planning events. Experience in crisis management and media relations. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends and adapt communication strategies accordingly. Exceptional project management capabilities, including the capacity to oversee and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Demonstrated organizational abilities, including the capacity to set priorities, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail. Additional Information Experience in Community Building or Leadership Roles in Extracurricular Activities / Associations Experience in Events Management or Events Hosting Experience in SEO, SEM, or other digital marketing experience
