Job Responsibility User Research Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions. Wireframing And Prototyping Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. User Interface (UI) Design Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop style guides and design patterns to ensure consistency across platforms. User Experience (UX) Design Work closely with product managers and developers to define user journeys and flows. Optimize the overall user experience by considering usability, accessibility, and user feedback. Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life. Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders. Prototyping And Testing Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices. Stay Updated With Industry Trends Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. Proactively incorporate new and innovative design methodologies into projects. Job Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Design Tools Proficiency in design tools such as Figma,Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar. Technical Skills Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers. Communication Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
