We&aposre looking for a highly driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the complete 360-degree recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire process from winning new clients to successfully placing candidates. Proactively develop and grow both new and existing client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor. Deeply understand client requirements to deliver precise and effective recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and our internal CRM. Coordinate and manage interviews, expertly handle offer negotiations, and facilitate comprehensive feedback loops. Deliver consistent, timely, and clear communication to both clients and candidates throughout the process. Work diligently towards and consistently exceed individual targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity. What We're Looking For: Prior experience in a 360 recruitment role is highly preferred. Proactive and forward-thinking with a solutions-oriented mindset. Ambitious and career-driven, eager to take on increased responsibilities, with a view to evolving into a Team Manager position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build rapport at all levels. Confident, professional, and results-focused with high levels of personal motivation.
