As our HR Talent & Culture Intern, you'll get hands-on experience in shaping our company culture and bringing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life, both internally and externally. You'll work closely with the team to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and showcase our organization as an employer of choice. As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will: Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture and engagement, from campaigns to activities that celebrate our people. Assist in creating and curating internal communication content that reflects our values, achievements, and employee stories. Help organize and execute culture-driven events and activations that inspire connection among employees, such as sports and wellness activities, festive events, roadshow and community outreach. Assist in bringing our employer brand to life by supporting internal & external branding campaigns. Help create and share engaging content on our social media and internal channels to showcase culture, people & EVP story. Support research, benchmarking, and reporting on employer branding trends and campaign performance to continuously improve our efforts. Lead a mini automation project to digitize one HR process from start to finish. Use your problem-solving skills to spot gaps and suggest improvements to make HR operations smoother. What You Bring Open for local students looking for mandatory internship placement or interested students' up to their final year in their program. Minimum attachment period of 6 months. Creative thinkers with strong communication and organizational skills. Passionate about people, culture, and continuous learning. Comfortable with digital tools and eager to explore new ideas. Comfortable with social media platform (LinkedIn, Instagram etc) and digital content creation. Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc) or video editing are an added advantage. Candidates will be based at the PJ office, Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana. But are required to travel to the manufacturing plant in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan from time-to-time.
