- Develop and review PM Plan.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule.
- Monitor MTBF & MTTR.
- Control and source maintenance tools, equipment, and spares.
- Maintain spare part inventory and cost optimization
- Monitor utilities and equipment maintenance.
- Analyze root cause of machine downtime; propose and implement action plans for improvement
- Identify the requirements of the equipment / engineering services to improve quality and productivity
- Prepare the action plan for improvement initiatives
- Monitor power consumption regularly, analyze and implement control measures
- Manage maintenance projects.
- Management of team members and provide support to ensure organizational objectives are met
- Deploy resources to Production team with respect to machinery upkeep and reduction in downtime
- Adherence to ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 to ensure quality & safety compliance
- Maintain QMS documentation and maintenance activities comply to procedure
- Strong skills in TPM, Maintenance proactive strategy, Energy management & Utility management.
- Strong skills in project management, Facility management.
- Leadership and Managerial skills.
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Academic degree Bachelors (B.E or B. tech) in Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing a maintenance team.
