Location: Kapar/Pandamaran
Salary: RM 2,500 to RM 3,500Job Description:1. Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
2. Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
3. Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
4. Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
5. Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
6. Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
7. Making recommendations for improvement.
8. Creating training materials and operating manuals.
9. To examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.Secondary Function:1. Read blueprints and specifications.
2. Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
3. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
4. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
5. Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
6. Accept or reject finished items.
7. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
8. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
9. Report inspection and test data.Qualifications:1. Male or Female
2. At least a SPM with some working experience in production/technical.
3. Must be computer literate.
4. Can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English (oral and written).
5. Proficient and fluent in Chinese
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
7. Able to take directions well and work with minimal supervision.
8. Responsible, independent and excellent organization skills.
