We are looking for a strategic and passionate Brand Manager to drive growth and brand excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and execution of marketing plans for key brands. Drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share growth through integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, medical). Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, regulatory, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Plan and execute product launches, trade activities, and promotional campaigns. Monitor and manage A&P budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns. Work with internal teams on packaging, product positioning, and pricing strategies. Build strong partnerships with pharmacies, medical professionals, and key trade partners. Measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, or related fields. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in brand management. Experience in health supplements, consumer healthcare, or FMCG will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels. Business-driven with excellent analytical and project management skills.
