The Finance Manager will lead the finance team and oversee all financial aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills to manage a growing portfolio.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Conduct variance analysis, cash flow management, and performance reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with MRFS.
Handle tax planning and regulatory compliance matters.
Liaise with regional offices and ensure smooth financial reporting across entities.
Prepare and present financial reports and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
Work closely with auditors and ensure successful completion of audits.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements (SAP exposure is an advantage).

Professional Career Growth and DevelopmentGreat Benefits

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting.
At least 3 years in a managerial role
Prior experience in trading, manufacturing & commerce (M&C), or audit is highly desirable.
SAP hands-on experience is an added advantage.
