A property developer who has completed multiple recognised projects over the years is now seeking for sales-driven Sales talent to join the team as they continue launching new projects....about the job * Meet personal sales goals and overarching business objectives
- Address all sales inquiries, includes walk-in customers, telephone calls, or online inquiries, by providing details about the product and project.
- Maintain the impeccable condition of sales galleries, show units, and sales offices.
- Offer feedback to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness of new marketing approaches.
- Recognise and engage in all sales launches and promotional events.
- Diploma or degree holder in Business/Real Estate or equivalent
- Sales driven and result driven
- Positive, energetic and able to work in teams
- Pro-active with great interpersonal skills
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
