RCs & International ODL Segment Business Growth : Assist to execute plans to foster business growth in local RCs & International ODL segments. Provide administrative supports alongside to assist the project management in executing the education partnerships from contractual initial stage to go live with the partnership. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and coordinating the relevant data to develop the contractual partnership. Assist the Regional Director of Education Partnership to develop and implement strategies to drive student enrolment in RCs. Foster a positive relationship with RC and International ODL partners to enhance recruitment efforts. 2. Academic Partnership: Provide administrative supports and assist to manage the strategic collaborative academic partnerships locally and internationally. Develop a mechanism to keep track and manage the database of academic partnerships. Assist to manage the timeline and coordinate with relevant stakeholders in relation to drive the collaborative academic partnerships. 3. Operational Efficiency : Collaborate with RC partners to identify and implement measures for operational efficiency. Provide contact points to RC partners in streamlining processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Foster collaboration among regional centres and the university (main campus) ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and values. Assist the Regional Director of Education Partnership to facilitate the collaborative initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. 4. Operational Support: Manage stakeholder's expectation and ensuring effective and timely communication between the regional centre and the University. Act as the point of contact for RC partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Assist to monitor the performance metrics for RC partners, providing supports to enhance their contribution to the network. Collaborate and work together with cross-functional teams to provide timely and seamless operational guidance to RC partners. 5. Student Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with RC partner, Academic and Student Experience teams to enhance the overall RC student engagement, involvement and satisfaction. Assist to monitor student satisfaction levels and attrition rates in regional centres. Provide idea or feedback to drive continuous improvements in services and academic offerings. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience with project management experience; preferably in education sector or academic partnership. 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-focused mindset 3. Good analytical knowledge, attention to detail with excellent organization skills 4. Excellent administrative and project management skills, team player. 5. Able to collaborate with different stakeholders both inside and out-side of the organization.
