- Build and execute hiring strategies that support both frontline operations and office-based functions.
- Lead and coach recruitment teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Use workforce analytics and market intelligence to refine approaches, improve speed and quality of hiring, and enhance candidate journeys.
- Partner with leaders across the business to anticipate future talent needs and design proactive solutions.
- Apply modern sourcing techniques, such as digital campaigns, community networks, and long-term talent pipelines.
- Act as a guardian of company values and embed them into everyday practices and processes.
- Design initiatives that strengthen employee connection, well-being, and retention.
- Develop robust selection methods, on-boarding frameworks, and recruitment standards.
- Improve systems and tools to streamline recruitment and increase efficiency.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment between people strategy and business needs.
- Lead efforts to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into all hiring practices.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on hiring performance and workforce trends.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Background in high-volume or specialist recruitment environments (experience in Retail hiring is a plus).
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
