Size of the team average estimate 10 to 15 sales & operations staff Drive sustainable growth and acquisition of new customers for Auto Loan, Mortgage, Cards, Unsecured Loans, Investment, SME & Insurance Primary point of contact between the cluster and the senior management team of the Bank Provide leadership and guidance to the branches, develop and implement strategies that enable each component of the cluster to achieve their goals. This involves fostering a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication, and cultivating cohesive teamwork among the different units Monitor the performance of the branches (financial, operational and customer service) within their cluster while establishing appropriate metrics and benchmarks to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of each branch and identify areas for improvement Seek out opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost savings by reviewing best practices, industry trends, and market conditions Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on their understanding of the cluster's operations and market dynamics. Managerial (team/group responsibilities) Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among the branches, promoting the exchange of ideas and experiences that lead to enhanced operational performance Build talents through optimal resourcing, capacity planning, succession planning and effective engagements Work with cross functional departments to ensure alignment in lending direction and continuous feedback loop on business opportunities and risk areas to avoid. Organizational (organizational responsibilities) including Strategic Cost Management and Financial Goals Responsible for our franchise, put HLBB's long term interests ahead of short-term gains Collaborate strategically with Management teams of other business segments and sales channels to solicit high net worth referral, upgrade and business opportunity
