- Design and implement Agile frameworks, governance models, and best practices for Centre of Excellence
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners; facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, training and assessment.
- Lead Agile transformation project, manage timelines, risks, and deliverables across Shared Services & Business Units.
- Partner with senior leadership to remove organizational impediments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership.
- Drive Agile mindset and cultural change; manage resistance and promote continuous improvement.
- Guide Business Units in adopting Agile practices post Shared Services implementation.
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience and 5 years as a Scrum Master
- A professional qualification in Agile coach certification is a must. Additional agile certification is preferred (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or Kanban).
- Advanced certifications such as A-CSM, PSM II, or equivalent considered a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional emotional intelligence.
