An established EMS company, seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join their Engineering team.Job Responsibilities

Responsible for setting directions and drive all aspects of the factory operations to

achieve organizational objectives. * Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement byplanning cost-effective operations and market development activities. * One of the key members responsible for the site P&L and spearheading all high-leveloperational initiatives and providing leadership to Penang team. * Provide crucial support to site GM and other senior executives/directors in all aspectsof business and employee growth through strategic and operational planning guidance * Ensuring all required infrastructure and support services are in place.

Work closely with the global management team and lead the cross matrix functional team
Directs all customer activities and addresses their concerns and needs.

Job Requirements

Possess min of Bachelor's Degree / Master and above
At least 8 to 10 years of senior managerial role position in manufacturing industry
Excellent analytical and communications capability
Strong in program management background (Prefer in EMS environment)
Independent, meticulous and analytical
Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
