- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree with at least 2+ years' working experience in a customer-facing and problem-solving capacity, preferably with 1 year in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm
- Experienced in business transformation projects in the areas of:
- Growth strategy & strategical planning
- Customer-centric solutions including customer research & insights, CMS, CRM etc.
- Transformation project implementation & management (PMP is an added advantage)
- Sector-specific strategy or customer experience knowledge
- Knowledge in Agile and/or traditional project management
- Knowledge in Design Thinking
