Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and ensure that sales activities are aligned with strategies. Attend to customers' enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters. Conduct and prepare market study of competitors. Prepare all sales related documents for the sales process. Assist during sales launch and also attend trade shows. Liaise with relevant government agencies for submission & approval Assist to renew Advertisement Permit and Developer License & submit Napic report on quarterly basis.
