- Must be able to work in KL, Malaysia.
- Demonstrated experience in hotel reservations, or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong command of English & Korean is required; proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-first mindset and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable using digital tools and applications.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts as required by operational needs.
- Assist guests with planning, booking, and inquiries for resort products and services.
- Understand guest needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Handle first-level complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure accurate information on resort events and activities is shared with guests.
- Respond to emergencies in line with hotel guidelines.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team and individual KPIs.
