Key Responsibilities and accountabilities Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize stockouts, reduce carrying costs. Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Analyze demand patterns and historical data to forecast future inventory needs. Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and develop strategies for its clearance or disposal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess stock. Logistic Optimization: Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistic activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Analyse transportation costs, lead times and service level to identify areas for improvement. Evaluate existing logistic processes and system, and propose enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs. Collaborate with vendors, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Implement best practices in logistic management, including route optimization, freight consolidation and inventory replenishment Store Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage store personnel, including scheduling, training and performance evaluations. Maintain proper inventory levels in the store and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements and key performance indicators (KPI) Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on analytical findings. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in logistic/ Warehouse or any equivalent Proven experience in inventory management, logistic or store supervision roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership abilities to manage store personnel and motivate team members Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
