As our intern, you'll be at the heart of how employees learn, grow, and connect. You'll independently own key responsibilities that drive real business value from running training operations and crafting creative comms, to shaping engagement events and capturing memorable moments. Along the way, you'll hone your leadership and interpersonal skills, gain first-hand industry experience, and build the confidence to innovate and contribute fresh ideas. This is more than an internship, it's a launchpad to develop your talents and prepare you for the workforce. Responsibilities: Learning & Development: 1. Training Logistics Ensure tables and chairs are arranged according to the training requirements. Ensure food is collected and delivered on time. Support trainers in taking attendance for all in-house training sessions. Assist in vendor comparison (training providers, venues, etc.). Send out post-training evaluation emails to participants and analyse feedback. 2. Communications & Certification Draft and design training posters and communication materials. Distribute communication to participants and relevant stakeholders. Ensure e-Certificates are sent out after each in-house training is completed. 3. Photo & Video Management Capture candid, forward-facing photos throughout the training (avoid photos from the back of the head). Take a formal group photo at the end of each training session. Upload all photos into LEAN immediately after each training. 4. Operational Tracking & Reporting Update the Training Tracker on a daily basis with accurate details (e.g., session, vendor, participants, completion status). Ensure records are complete, correct, and aligned with reporting requirements. General HR Support: 1. Engagement Logistics Track attendance for all EE activities and events. Update and maintain the EE Calendar with latest activities. Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of EE events. 2. Communications & Poster Drafting Design and share communications for public holidays. Create and circulate EE event announcements. Draft and publish event recap highlights. Support content creation for the HR Newsletter. 3. Photo & Video Management Capture photos and videos at all EE events (ensure a mix of candid and group shots). Provide media files for use in comms, newsletters, and records. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Any Field Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.00 and above. Proficient in writing and communicating in English. Required skill(s): Good coordination skills, project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
