Your new role Product Specialist (Penang) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and therapeutic areas. Provide product training and support to sales teams, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement product strategies and promotional materials. Conduct market research and analyse the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. Assist in the preparation and delivery of product presentations, webinars, and other educational materials. Support the development and execution of product launch plans. Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. What you&aposll get in return Bachelor&aposs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product specialist or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
