1. Source potential candidates using various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Review resumes and applications, screening candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with our requirements.
3. Schedule and conduct interviews between candidates and hiring managers via recruitment system.
4. Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status, answer inquiries, and build positive candidate relationships.
5. Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
6. Contribute to our employer branding efforts and participate in social media recruitment campaigns.
7. Participate in the onboarding and offboarding process by assisting with paperwork, orientations, and other administrative tasks.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management.Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
