Responsible for carrying out lab works on new product and colour development
Responsible for conducting tests to support technical service functions
Responsible for assisting in the quality control activities when required
Carrying out product development and quality control activities as assigned by chemists.
Helping at technical services and line-trial activities if required.
Responsible for the general cleanliness and orderliness of laboratory areas and function rooms.
Helping out with production and manufacturing work when required.
Recognize that health and safety are the responsibility of every employee; take reasonable care of oneself and others.
Comply with Beckers Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures relevant to the role. Identify and report unsafe conditions, and escalate concerns to EHS Managers, Officers, and Supervisors as necessary.

QualificationsMinimum SPM/ MCE or DiplomaMinimum 2 year relevant experience in colour matchingAble to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishWilling to travel within the regionAdditional InformationCapable of working independently and diligently to high quality standardAbility to plan and organize work to ensure the completion of assignments according to deadlineTo be fully competent in the use of IT systems and software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPointTeam player with positive attitude.Capable of working under pressure to strict deadlines whilst adhering to quality requirements. * Good command in English with excellent communication skills.
