Collection Agency Liaison Officer

  • To monitor collections from collection agencies and provide strategies to meet the monthly targets.
  • To monitor transactions are properly recorded and updated into the appropriate department database.
  • Initiate credits adjustments and closure of accounts within the company policy limits.
  • To ensure that all complaints or queries are attended and resolved within turnaround time.
  • To attend to customers' complaint within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
  • To review and process settlement proposals.
  • To identify accounts requiring collection agency or legal action and coordinate collections with the required units.
  • To comply with Regulatory Bodies & Regulations at all material time.
  • To review and attend to accounts pending reassignment to DCA.
