Education: A minimum Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in live hosting, content creation, or social media engagement is preferred.
Experience in sales or brand promotion is an advantage.
A proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with online audiences is essential.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.
Technical Skills: You should be familiar with various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and content editing software like Canva and Capcut.
Creativity: Strong creative and storytelling abilities are crucial to captivate and engage our audiences.

Tanggungjawab

Live Hosting: Host engaging and interactive live sessions on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) to engage with viewers, answer questions, and promote products or services.
Live sessions : Able to conduct live for 4-6 hours per day (2 hours per session), with ability to work night or weekend shifts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creativity: Strong creative and storytelling abilities to captivate and engage audiences
Interest and knowledge in Beauty & Makeup including social media trends is a huge advantage
Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and incorporating trending topics into your content. You'll also share insights on competitor marketing strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and analyze content performance using insights and analytics to continuously optimize future videos and live streams.
Brainstorming & Strategy: Propose new ways to boost traffic by exploring new platforms and channels. You'll also stay updated on TikTok and Instagram algorithm changes and best practices.
