Supportive team + growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Validate pick slips against Oracle OM for various order types (Hardbook, IOCM, CMB2B, HSTD, MSDZ) Perform pick load operations and update Oracle with serial numbers, accessories, and country of origin Verify CoC details (part numbers, serial numbers, calibration dates) Manage problematic orders: tag, record, and coordinate with team leaders Execute packing procedures (bubble bags, air bags, DBL labels) based on OI instructions Handle discrepancies (wrong pull, short pull, extra pull) and maintain Excel records Scan weights/dimensions, print BCL/SBCL/shipping labels Attach documentation for lithium battery and ATO orders Clean units and accessories before shipment Update order status in Atlas and maintain shipment records Ensure proper labeling/documentation for NSC and specialized orders ????
