- Assist the HR & Admin Manager on any matters, especially related to payroll, HR & Administration.
- Responsible for timely and accurate record submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF etc.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment support: pre‑boarding, offer letters, document collection, and induction scheduling.
- Lead onboarding programs: orientation sessions, equipment issuance, workspace setup.
- Handle offboarding: exit interviews, clearance processes, final documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records including probation, confirmation & payroll matters.
- Assist HR & Admin Manager in providing HR advice and support on policies, benefits, leave, conduct, and performance issues – in compliance with relevant Malaysia law.
- Oversee office access systems and visitor protocols, manage office inventory including pantry and stationery.
- Coordinate vendor relationships for cleaning, and pantry provisions.
- Support event logistics: meetings, training, career fairs.
- Work closely with department heads to identify HR needs and build bespoke solutions.
- Support performance reviews, talent development, promote and propose engagement strategies, and internal communications.
- Partner on employee relations, conflict resolution, and cultural initiatives.
- Responsible for any administration matters with regard to office operation.
- Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related discipline
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidential handling of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and multitasking.
- Proactive problem-solving, flexibility, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High ethics, integrity, confidentiality and cultural awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
- 2–5 years in HR and/or administration roles.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements
