This SSC is part of a well-established multinational company. Your workplace is located in Kuala Lumpur. Your new role You will be utilising your Japanese and English language proficiencies to support Japan and Asia Pacific operations in Accounts Receivable (AR). You will perform routine AR tasks such as: Supporting credit management and cash flow forecasting Ensure customers adhere to the agreed payment terms and follow-up on aged receivables Performing account reconciliation Resolving disputes with internal and external stakeholders Contributing to process improvement and service quality You may also have the opportunity to support data/system migration project from Japan to Malaysia. What you&aposll need to succeed Business proficiency in Japanese language and business-level English Minimum 1-5 years of Accounts Receivable work experience, specifically in Credit Management / Cash Application. Experience working in an SSC environment Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. SAP knowledge would be an advantage (not mandatory).
