- Great all clients/person coming into the office/entering to organization.
- Attend to all incoming calls and taking down the messages through the phone and provide information to caller
- To records all incoming mail and ensure they are delivered to the correct persons
- Procure and manage office supplies/equipment e.g. stationeries, sundries, maintenance /repair/replacement of equipment/pantry appliances
- To deliver cheques/ document to all these coming to collect the cheques/ document
- To ensure mails to courier companies are done properly
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Office management i.e. company car maintenance, insurance, road tax, license application & renewal (including business, port license, road tax for company cars, etc...)
- Strong computer skill
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Language: Mandarin, English , Bahasa Malaysia.
