Prepare part costing and quotations for customers. Ensure costs are controlled within budget and authority. Monitor system BOM (cost and selling prices. Report on periodic variances and their causes. Take responsibility for organizing and preparing company cost-related target plans. Refine overall cost management and encourage innovation. Actively support operational excellence. Provide data support and analysis for precision manufacturing, optimize cost structure within product lines, identify breakthroughs, and create corporate value. Actively support the customer-centric value management system. Participate in the analysis and decision-making of critical business matters within the group and product line. Provide financial analysis and decision-making basis for production operations and business development. Provide accurate, reasonable, and fair data support for company performance management. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent. Preferably, candidates should be Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
