- To maintain filing system to facilitate traceability of documents
- Maintain and update the Department Operations Manual (ISO compliant)
- Monitor and track the progress of contract signing and timely renewal of contracts
- Drive the process management improvements, including leading the implementation of contract management standardisation and/or digitalisation initiatives.
- Communicate with various stakeholders within the organisation.
- Support the respective Finance Managers in the external and internal audit process
- Adhoc assignments
- Experience in using contract administration or contract management software is an added advantage
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Previous experience in contract management activities such as tenancy agreement and procurement contracts
