
Customer Service Executive

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Support translation of communication materials (Mandarin/Cantonese English).
- Meet performance targets and adhere to service quality standards.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good command of English.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work on-site in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
- Able to commit to rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
