Sales Marketing Executive

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Business, or related fields
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, basic video/photo editing software
• Comfortable with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS)
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a bonus)
• Confident, proactive, and responsible
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Design and edit promotional materials (posters, brochures, social media graphics)
• Assist in filming and editing student videos, interviews, or behind-the-scenes content
• Manage content calendars and post on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS
• Follow trends and suggest engaging ideas for campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Help coordinate influencer or school collaborations
• Capture photos and updates during events for real-time posting (e.g. IG stories)

• Support booth setup, logistics, and materials for school fairs, exhibitions, and Open Day
• Greet and brief visitors, handle inquiries, and collect leads
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and student showcase materials
• Assist in coordinating activities, workshop stations, and giveaway redemptions

• Follow up with prospective students via WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Provide course details, guide them through intake processes, and handle registration forms
• Maintain and update inquiry tracking sheets and CRM tools
• Support scholarship, referral, and promo campaigns by sharing info and closing sign-ups
• Work closely with the admin team on enrollment updates and student records

• Help prepare marketing and registration reports
• Keep marketing inventory organized (flyers, merch, gifts, etc.)
• Liaise with vendors, printing shops, and courier services when needed
• Support team with basic clerical tasks and event documentation
