Your future starts here! JOB PURPOSE Drive social media growth for Triton Poker through dynamic, engaging content. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Boost engagement and promote events to connect with the global poker community. Stay updated on industry trends and internet culture to ensure content is relevant and impactful. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand objectives and community engagement. Occasional international travel for events and content creation. Strong storytelling instincts and a passion for the poker industry. Deep understanding of social media dynamics and trends. Hands-on, creative professional with the ability to create content that resonates with audiences. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITY Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms. Create original short-form content (concept, shoot, edit) tailored to each platform. Stay updated on poker stories, player personalities, industry news, and internet trends to create timely, relevant content. Write compelling copy and social captions that align with Triton's tone and brand voice. Collaborate with the Brand & Creative team to align content with key campaigns and event moments. Manage production timelines and workflows (pre-production, filming, post-production). Ensure a consistent output of high-quality, engaging content to grow audience and build community. Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to content ideas. Produce high-production quality videos for in-house and branded content. Collaborate with motion graphics artists to create stunning content. Stay up to date with social media trends, insights, software, equipment, and platforms. Facilitate communication between departments and various stakeholders. Opportunities to travel overseas for work. Knowledge of Google Docs, Slides & Sheets is preferred. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree or certification in film, TV promo, video production, or a related field. At least 5-6 years of experience as a Social Content Producer (agency experience is highly preferred). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a creative eye and attention to detail. Strong technical skills in operating camera and audio equipment, and video editing software. Good taste in music and a strong sense of pacing in edits. Strong knowledge and passion for poker, including strategies, key players, and tournament structures. Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia tools is a plus. Ability to capture and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, live event environments and adapt to real-time content opportunities. Some familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools. A creative thinker with a keen eye for trends, humor, and engaging content formats. Willingness to travel to various tournament locations and work flexible hours based on event schedules. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects). Skills in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition are a plus. Knowledge of CapCut is very beneficial. Photoshop & Illustrator skills are a plus. Show more Show less
